Forms

The Office of Student Technology offers many student jobs and departmental grants. Surplus equipment is also available at certain times for other departments to utilize. Students, faculty and staff may obtain the respective forms at the Office of Student Technology, Watson Library 113D or click below. No form will be processed without all information filled out completely. Forms must be returned to the Office of Student Technology, Watson Library 113D between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm or faxed to 318-357-6484.

  • Student Worker Application
    Students who apply for a position with Student Technology must comply with the guidelines for student employment set by the university.

  • Grant Funding Request
    Student Technology grants are offered once a year starting the first week of October and ending on October 31 of the same year. Any department that wishes to apply for grant funding must submit the grant documentation and all supporting documents (e.g. price quotes, equipment specifications, etc.). This form is only available for download during the month of October.

  • Surplus Equipment
    Student Technology complies with the guidelines for surplus equipment set by the university.
